It really tells it how the Amish take a person in an they give them chances an never look down on them, I don't want to give anything away about this story just get it an you will never be sorry that you did. I only ask that you make a review on it so I can see that others feel about this book as I do an don't forget to tell the author what a great person she is.
I have read so many of Brenda Maxfield books and they are all the same.....Excellent. I always enjoy all of them, I hope you get a chance to read her work.
I Borrowed this novel free from Kindle Unlimited. I have read a lot of stories that were the same with only names and geography changed and slight changes to story line. This is the first for this type - I love Amish stories (I worked as a driver for 2-3 years and loved it) Becca has been severly abused by her husband. Becca and her mammi take her in and hide her in Amish clothing. There are several surprises and twists to the story. However after all the tension and suspense it turns out HEA.
Loved this book. It really showed the faith and goodness that is in the Amish communities
A quick moving story of an abused wife seeking help and love from two Amish women. What happens when the brutal husband discovers her whereabouts? Keeps you in suspense.
This book was very well written with a lot of suspense. It was very intense. You could not put the book down.
Thoroughly enjoyed this teams and now starting the next book in this series. Hard to put it down. Looking forward to “ Becoming “Amishâ€
